The UV Oce Arizona plotter gives us unique possibilities - we can print directly on furniture boards, plywood, glass, plexiglass, metal sheets and other media, with unprecedented image quality and colour saturation. The device also has one unique feature - it can print white colour on different colours of the substrate, which gives us the possibility of applying white patterns on dark backgrounds (e.g. in the case of glass, mdf boards and other materials) and the possibility of applying white foundation before the actual print allows high saturation of colours on transparent and dark surfaces.

Banner materials:

  • frontlit - a standard material for printing one-sided banners resistant to weather conditions and UV rays. It is very durable 
  • backlit - a material that transmits and disperses light. It is used for illuminated advertising media 
  • blockout - a material that does not transmit light and is suitable for two-sided printing. 
  • mesh - light, perforated material that transmits light and air and is suitable for use on large surfaces such as building facades, scaffolding etc.
  • ONE-WAY-WISION foil - foil used to cover windows that transmits light, ideal for use on large window surfaces, shop windows.

 

Foils:

  • casting foil (for cars) - for use on surfaces with irregular shapes, bends and curves,
  • translucent foil - transparent when it is backlit, opaque when it is not backlit. Used for coffers, illuminated signboards, illuminated letters,
  • monomeric foil - for use on flat materials - for sticking out large signs, boards, stands), matte and glossy version,
  • polymeric foil - intended for long-term outdoor graphics, e.g. advertising on means of transport, matte and glossy version,
  • reflective foil
  • magnetic foil - commonly used on means of transport (taxis), as price lists, information boards and advertising gadgets (fridge magnets, business cards, calendars, teaching aids)

 

Roll materials , others:

  • poster paper - satin, 140 gr/m2, used for printing posters for internal display (frames, stands, clip frames),
  • photographic paper - 200 gr/m2, for printing photos and posters in photographic quality,
  • canvas - linen fabric, similar in structure to a real canvas, used to reproduce painting works for personal use, print photos from own collection on artistic paper.

 

Print on flat materials (maximum print size - 2.5 x 3 m, max. material thickness - 48 mm): 

  • plexiglass printing - transparent or milky, flat material, which has a thickness of 1.5 mm to 25 mm. As an element of interior decoration, it is very effective and elegant - a direct print on plexiglass gives photographic quality of the printout. It is also used as a litz wire for coffers and illuminated letters,
  • printing on glass - printing directly on glass with a UV plotter gives an extraordinary image quality. It is used as an element of interior decoration (paintings mounted on distances, illuminated paintings, inter-cooking space),
  • printing on MDF/HDF - material used in the furniture industry for furniture fronts, countertops. Thanks to the plotter for printing on flat materials, we can print photos or other graphic motifs directly on these boards,
  • printing on a PVC board -
  • printing on wood/plywood - 
  • printing on dibond - dibond is a light, multi-layer board (aluminium with a polyethylene core) with excellent properties, very easy to process. It is suitable for outdoor applications (plates, signs, information plates) and internal (as elements of interior decoration). The most effective in the version: brushed aluminium, in gold and silver.

Boards are the most popular methods of marking your company. We can make from the simplest, made on metal sheet, plexiglas, dibond, PVC plates, polypropylene and other flat materials, to boards with elements of 3D graphics, in various sizes and shapes. 

 

3D letters / Letters from styrodur

An attractive form of presentation are inscriptions and elements made of styrodur. They are made of polyester foam resistant to weather conditions, which is light and durable.  The thermal plotter allows you to cut out the most complex shapes. Letters from styrodur can be painted in any colour with acrylic paints, and also put on the front plexiglass. We can make 3D letters of any size and mount them.

 

Coffers

The most popular form of light advertising are coffers - we make them in standard technology made of aluminium profiles with plexiglass or polycarbonate faces, we also use backlite fronts, perfect for longer coffers (do not require joining materials, what happens with plexiglass and polycarbonate plates) .  Coffers fronts can also be made of aluminium or dibond - then the luminous elements are cut out and glued plexiglass from the bottom or at the front. We also suggest making 3D letters with LED backlight.

 

Illuminated letters

3D inscriptions or logotypes illuminated internally is a perfect form of 3D advertising, company presentation and image creation. The letters can be used for mounting on the facade of the building, they are also effective in offices. They can be illuminated from the front or back, or only sides can be lit - depending on the customers preferences. We offer two types of such inscriptions: 

 

Aluminium 3D letters with Plexiglas fronts: 

The sides of the letters are made of powder-coated aluminium. The lit front of the letter is made of coloured plexiglass or - in the case of unusual shades - made of plexiglass covered with self-adhesive foil. LEDs are placed inside the letters. 3D letters backlit with LEDs are priced individually.

 

3D letters from plexiglass: 

The face and sides of this type of letters are made of plexiglass colour-matched. The back of the letter is a foamed PVC disc. LED backlight is durable, resistant to weather conditions, energy-saving, and most importantly - it gives an even backlight to the letter.  

 

Constructions

We make freestanding constructions made of aluminium and steel for advertising. We have the possibility of performing other non-standard orders according to individual client projects - e.g. frames/constructions for a photographic exhibition.
